What Is The BUILD Programme?

The BUILD program is a unique training experience specifically catered for individuals who align and resonate with LOOKING GOOD, FEELING GREAT & FUNCTIONING WELL

BUILD blends the best of bodybuilding principles and functional fitness, so workouts hit that aesthetic sweet spot of getting jacked but also leave you strong & feeling functionally fit for life.

Develop strength in a fun, challenging & engaging environment whilst building your functional capacity with progressive conditioning pieces that help shred body fat and improve across all areas of your fitness.

Our 6-8 week training cycles are meticulously planned out through data collection and research of our athletes results and feedback. At the beginning of each cycle, we set clear intentions & priorities so we can fully understand the objective of each session - the more we know, the better we can perform.

What is the goal of the BUILD 3 x A Week Programme?

We are aware that not everyone has the time or energy to train in the gym 5 times a week which is why we created the 3 x a week program so people who wanted a structured training program could get value for money but also not feel like they were missing out on parts of the program.

Our goal is still to BUILD muscle, develop strength, challenge the nervous system and increase aerobic capacity now & for years to come.

We achieve this through bodybuilding, powerlifting, mono-structural work & skill development through the use of barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, odd objects & gymnastics.

What Is The Commitment?

Our BUILD 3 x A Week program consists of 3 x 45-60 minute sessions per week, with the option of additional accessory work via our accessory programs: Olympic lifting, endurance, and gymnastics.

Each session will be delivered through our athlete tracking & workout delivery application ‘WODUP’. 

IT’S IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT THE BUILD PROGRAMME IS DESIGNED FOR THOSE WITH SOME WEIGHT TRAINING EXPERIENCE, WHO CAN EFFECTIVELY EXECUTE VARIATIONS OF THE SQUAT, DEADLIFT AND OVERHEAD PRESS, WITH WHAT WE DEEM TO BE GOOD LIFTING FORM. (PLEASE READ PREREQUISITES AND WATCH DEMO VIDEOS.)

THE BUILD PROGRAM REQUIRES SUBSCRIBERS TO HAVE ACCESS TO FREE WEIGHTS: DUMBBELLS, BARBELLS, A RACK, PULL UP BAR, AND ERGS.

NOTE THE BUILD PROGRAM DOES NOT CONTAIN ANY HIGH SKILL GYMNASTICS AND ONLY POWER VARIATIONS OF OLYMPIC LIFTS.
