This programme biases improving the athletes running capabilities, awareness and pacing, whilst also giving plenty of exposure to the functional exercises

♾️ Sled with rope attachment
♾️ Concept 2 Rowing Machine
♾️ Concept 2 Ski Erg
♾️ Outdoor running space or treadmill
♾️ Medicine ball
♾️ Kettlebells
♾️ Sandbags
♾️ Access to some form of bike if possible.
